The concept behind radiant heat is that it heats the floor and as we all know heat rises, as it rises it heats everything within the room equally and efficiently. Just like the sun radiates heat and raises the temperature in the area that it shines on, so does radiant heat, but from the floor up. It is the most efficient heat on the market today, but it also carries an expensive cost.
