New Home Construction
As a New Home Contractor Almas Construction takes care of all the necessary steps in building your home. All permits and approvals are handled and obtained by Almas. As the customer Almas Construction would only ask that you come in when asked to make the necessary selections. Being that the entire process of building a new home can seem overwhelming we at Almas Construction would like to set your mind at ease by letting you know that when the project is complete we are more then confident that you will be extremely satisfied with your new home.

Our floor plans are models that we have selected and designed, but not everyone is looking for the type of home that we have drawn up in advance. There is an alternative; if you have something specific in mind we will be happy to look at your blueprints and work up a quote. If an architect is needed we have one for you to contact.
Land is a necessary ingredient to building a home. Almas Construction has inventory of single vacant lots. Look back periodically to get updates on single lots of land as they become available.

At the current time Almas Homes is waiting on approvals for a subdivision in Wading River, N.Y. This is proposed to be a 51 lot subdivision.
Customer's Land:
It is never an issue for us to build your home for you on your land. We offer all of the same standards and options for customers that have purchased their own property as those who buy a home on our property.
