About Almas Construction
Almas Construction is a family owned and operated company. Nick Zoumas and his father Bill Zoumas, along with George Almiroudis, son-in-law of Bill Zoumas, strive to continue with the same quality and standards of Zoumas Homes, which were based on honor, loyalty and pride. Today, the next generation of Zoumas’ who have been ushered into Zoumas Homes has grown causing the formation of Almas Construction.
Bill Zoumas spent a lot of his life within the building industry, starting as a plumber in Flushing Queens and then moving on to building his first house in Eastern Suffolk County in 1984. Bill Zoumas moved on to partner with his brother John Zoumas to form Zoumas Homes, which since the early 90’s serviced Eastern Long Island. It was their dedication and success that brings us to where we are today, building Quality Custom Homes.
Nick Zoumas grew up in Wading River and graduated from Hofstra University with his Business degree and has extensive field experience dating back to when he was in Middle School. After College (2003) he decided that his future would involve building homes for people in Eastern Suffolk County Long Island and beyond. This decision was based on the desire to satisfy the customers he would meet by having the ability to build them a home that they could truly feel they are proud to live in.
George Almiroudis emigrated from Greece in 2001 where he owned and operated his own plumbing company since 1990. In moving here to the United States George looked to increase his Plumbing knowledge base. George has gone on to get his Master Plumber License and with that is joining the team.
This gives Almas Homes the ability to supply their customers with a full service Plumbing Company that is there to serve its customers. This will ensure customer satisfaction by having the ability to directly fulfill their customers plumbing needs. It is also important that future and current customers of Almas Construction understand that in addition to this continuation of quality a new perspective on standard features will also be a part of their company’s strong values toward customer satisfaction. The Almas Homes Team offers a quality built home, which is based on hard work and the production of beautiful homes that stem from their strong sense of European Craftsmanship. These points go hand in hand with the strict standards of quality control throughout the entire construction of the home, which was made so clear when they were Doing Business As Zoumas homes.
